PLEASE NOTE: If you are a funeral home or individual creating a new account, the obituary will be reviewed Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you are a funeral home or individual creating a new account and placing an obituary during the weekend, there is a 48 hour turnaround time for a review process for new accounts.

For example: If you are creating a new account and placing an obituary between the hours of Friday at 5:00 PM and Monday morning at 8:00 AM, the obituary will not be reviewed until Monday morning. Please schedule a run date with this turnaround time and review process in mind, checking the deadline schedule to make sure the notice will appear on the day desired.

If you are a funeral home with an existing account, username and password set up by HCNs obituary department, the review process occurs daily.
